We have two more great new classes starting this week. On Sunday, Mel will begin her new “Sunday Road Trip” virtual ride class. During this 60-minute class, you’ll find yourself traveling all over the US…climbing mountains, sprinting through National Parks and recovering in the desert! With Mel’s always great music + amazing scenery on the big screen, you’re sure to be motivated all hour! Here’s a little peek at some of the routes that Mel will be guiding you through.
And on Tuesday mornings, Jean will bring the increasingly popular 45-minute spin format to her new class at 7:15! Looking to get in a quick workout? A little intimidated by spinning? This 45-minute spin class is a great way to try spinning or get that workout in without having a full hour to “burn”! Jean will work off those calories and get you in and out in time for work!
